Orders canceled

Number or percentage of orders that have been canceled before delivery. These cancellations can be categorized by predifined reasons.

Variables: Cancelled orders

Measured as: Percentage (%), Amount (pieces, units, etc),

Calculation: Sum of orders canceled.
